Lucila Belén Cedarri is a lawyer, graduated from the School of Law and Social Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires and has completed a postgraduate course at the Autonomous University of Madrid, which has granted her the title of Expert in Patrimonial, Economic and Corporate Crime. She has also taken several postgraduate courses on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism, as well as on Crypto-assets and Criminal Investigations, at CEMA´s University and University of Buenos Aires, respectively.

Regarding her professional development, Lucila has an intense career, having started her career in the Public Prosecutor’s Office, where she worked for over 7 years, and then joined renowned law firms specialized in the field. Currently, she provides legal advice to individuals and legal entities in economic criminal matters, foreign exchange criminal matters, crime prevention and compliance; and intervenes as a lawyer in various litigation and/or criminal matters related to crimes against public administration, money laundering, fraud and/or swindling, foreign exchange crimes, tax crimes, customs crimes, financing of terrorism, cybercrime, crypto crimes, among others.
