Bárbara Blanc is an attorney, graduated with honors from the University of Buenos Aires.
In her professional career, she has gained experience in both the public and private sectors. She has served at the Federal Criminal and Correctional Courts, as well as in various law firms.
She works as a paralegal assistant specializing in the management of cases involving complex crimes, such as offenses against public administration and economic and financial crimes. She is also engaged in cases concerning common crimes before national and provincial courts.
She serves as a teaching assistant in the undergraduate course Criminal Procedure System (Chair Sarrabayrouse-Pastor) at the University of Buenos Aires (Res. 899/23 UBA). She participated in the Science and Technology research project Error in Criminal Judgments: A Theoretical and Empirical Study, under the supervision of Prof. Eugenio Sarrabayrouse.
Regarding her academic background, during her undergraduate studies she was actively involved in the management of the academic journal Lecciones y Ensayos for four years, serving as its Director in the 2022–2023 term (Res. 96/22 UBA). She also completed a professional internship at the Argentine branch of the international NGO Innocence Project (2023).
Languages: English and Spanish.
Memberships: Member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association (Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal) and holds a federal license issued by the Federal Court of Appeals of San Martín.
